MOVE WHEN TRAVELLING

A popular PAYD workshop is one which focuses on movements you can do when travelling. Clients who have booked this workshop include international teams at Facebook! It’s 1 hour and includes moves, tips & Q&A on the following:

Move before you leave your house - Mobilising and gently strengthening your body before travelling is great.

Move while you wait to board - Simple standing movements like squats, lunges, heel raises and wiggling around are all great options. Remember, walking through the airport/train station counts too!

Move during your journey- Try to get up and move around the plane/train every 30 mins-1 hour. Moving while seated is very possible too - even in small space.

Move after your journey and take some big breaths - Gentle stretches and wiggles are great after a flight.
