Founded by Kerrie-Anne Bradley, a leading movement and posture expert, and author of Move More At Your Desk, our programmes make movement accessible and effective for everyone. No special equipment or extra time is required. Kerrie-Anne has worked with global organisations like Google, NHS FTs and PwC, helping thousands of employees stay active, engaged and pain-free at work.
